Christ Church Bridlington Network (CCBN) is a charismatic, evangelical network of 11 churches across 7 locations. The new Priest in Charge will lead the Network with a missional outlook and a heart for discipleship, embodying the values of Renewal, Restore, Rebuild.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee mission and ministry across the entire Network area.
- Uphold and consistently reflect the Network’s vision and values in all work.
- Embrace existing priorities set by the Network and, over time, collaboratively set fresh ones.
- Provide a non‑anxious presence, managing competing demands with gentleness, clarity and care.
- Lead, enable and work collaboratively with the Ministry Team, Network Leaders and Churchwardens.
- Ensure the Admin and Operations team works effectively and is well managed.
- Work closely with the Bishop of Hull, the Director of Mission & Ministry and other diocesan officers to embed the Network in the wider diocesan strategy for discipling and evangelism.
- Be an active member of the deanery and the Deanery Leadership Team.
