Church Lawton School is seeking a compassionate Family Liaison Officer (FLO) to strengthen links between home and school and support safeguarding culture on a day-to-day basis.
You will work alongside the safeguarding team, collaborating with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy DSL, develop family-facing processes, and use strong people skills to support students and families.
