We are seeking an experienced ProjectCoordinator to support the delivery of projects within a NATO environment in Hertfordshire.

This is a hands‑on project coordination role, supporting Project Managers across the project lifecycle and coordinating technical, operational, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and support to external Project Managers.
  • Act as the local focal point for incoming project-related queries.
  • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, resources, and priorities.
  • Support Project Managers in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist with cost, technical and workforce assessments.
  • Support Account Managers with related customer requests.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, version control, and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate technical support with engineers, technicians, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Support portfolio management, including project resources, revenue, capital costs, and budgets.
  • Support project risk management and guide Project Managers.
  • Coordinate and manage on‑site contractors supporting project delivery.
  • Support the management of change requests.
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards.
  • Keep up to date with developments in project and service management methodologies, tools, and technology.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, plus 2 years’ post‑related experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in project management or project coordination.
  • Experience developing project plans and managing projects within agreed cost, timescale, and quality parameters.
  • Experience supporting small to medium‑sized projects through the project lifecycle.
  • Experience preparing project plans, funding estimates, contracting requirements, project reports, and senior‑level briefings.
  • Experience supporting the lifecycle of Information Systems.
  • Experience coordinating operational and technical requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Current SC, DV or NATO security clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to work 5 days per week on‑site in Hertfordshire
  • Knowledge of Systems Analysis and Information Systems development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, project management and information/knowledge management.
  • Previous experience working within an international military and civilian environment.
