We are seeking an experienced VMware Aria Ops (Vrops) to work alongside the Monitoring Team to optimise the existing monitoring environment and improve operational effectiveness.
The role is hands-on, focusing on dashboard configuration, event correlation, alert optimisation and operational workflows rather than tool implementation or high-level consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimise operational monitoring dashboards.
Configure event filtering, correlation and alerting to reduce monitoring noise.
Develop service-based monitoring views.
Define and improve event triage, prioritisation and escalation workflows.
Enhance monitoring usability to support incident response and operational decision-making.
