We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team at Church Farm at Rusticus in Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents known as Family Members, contributing directly to their comfort and well‑being. If you have a passion for supporting others and creating a safe home‑like atmosphere, we would love to hear from you. This is a part‑time position working 17.25 hours per week, 3 shifts per week, 2pm - 8pm with a 15‑minute unpaid break per shift. There will be a requirement to work alternative weekends in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic environment for residents.
- Support the care team by maintaining cleanliness in communal areas.
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Uphold the values of Church Farm Care in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning roles.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
