Are you passionate about digital marketing and enhancing online brand presence? Do you have expertise in optimising digital shelf performance and content syndication across multiple retailer platforms?
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Shelf Specialist on a permanent basis to join our growing Church & Dwight UK business and drive growth across our portfolio of market-leading brands. This role is based at our London Euston office with hybrid working.
In this role, you will report directly to the European Digital Marketing Manager and take ownership of improving our digital shelf presence, optimising content performance, syndicating content to retailer shelves, and measuring KPI progress across key online channels. You will play a pivotal role in increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth while partnering closely with our UK Marketing team and supporting our European distributor markets (UK & GMG).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimise our digital shelf programme and syndication networks, including budget oversight.
- Develop and execute content optimisations aligned to each brand’s identity across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with agency partners to optimise product detail pages (PDPs) and maximise their impact.
- Scale the reach and impact of content and customer reviews through enhanced syndication (e.g., BrandBank, BazaarVoice).
- Track and report digital shelf performance using advanced measurement software (e.g., Profitero).
- Analyse data to extract insights and recommend performance improvement opportunities.
- Upskill and enable marketing teams to maximise the effectiveness of their online listings.
- Own and improve content creation processes and tools to optimise workflows with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in digital shelf or content management, preferably within the FMCG sector, along with a strong understanding of the key drivers of product detail page (PDP) performance such as search rank and conversion rate. Experience working with Amazon and managing PDPs across multiple online channels and brands is essential. You will possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working hours are 37 per week: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm.
In return we offer a competitive package, 24 days annual leave, pension matched up to 9% contributions, discretionary annual bonus and membership of a health cash plan.
