If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Quality Specialist Trainer to join our Business Quality team and play a key role in shaping our training strategy across Europe. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact while working with cross-functional teams. This role is based in Folkestone, Kent, on site between our Manufacturing Plant and our R&D Facility for 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training programs across UK/EU, including tracking and reporting progress.
- Assign and monitor training through SABA and eDMS systems.
- Maintain training matrices and provide metrics to leadership.
- Support internal and external audits (MDR, ISO 22716, ISO 13485).
- Develop and update procedures to ensure compliance.
- Analyse data, prepare summaries, and present recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.
Education & Experience:
- Degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
- 3+ years of technical experience with a proven track record.
- Specialist knowledge in consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience contributing to functional execution with some direction.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
