We’re looking for an Administrator to join our team and play an essential role in ensuring processes run efficiently and deadlines are met. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from managing documentation and coordinating schedules, to supporting compliance and reporting activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to key business initiatives and make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is based in Folkestone, Kent, on site 5 days per week and is a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Experience with data entry and document management.
  • Familiarity with office systems and procedures.

You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and approachable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent support for the wider team. This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
