We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven eCommerce Sales Manager to lead and deliver the overall performance of our UK digital commerce business. This role is a key member of both the UK Sales team and the wider EU eCommerce function, with full responsibility for driving growth across our fastest-growing channel. Working closely with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our eCommerce strategy across Amazon Europe and D2C platforms, helping the business achieve its commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the P&L for the UK eCommerce business, including Amazon Europe and D2C channels
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with brand marketing, supply, and other business functions
- Build and strengthen relationships with external retail and digital partners to deliver commercial plans
- Manage and support the eCommerce Sales Intern, including annual recruitment
- Own and manage UK “retail” relationships with external support partners to maximise commerce opportunities
- Lead ad hoc Amazon EU3 projects in collaboration with the wider EU eCommerce team
- Provide digital expertise and insights to support traditional brick-and-mortar account managers
- Own internal channel management, including: Quarterly and annual volume, value, trade funding, and profit budgets per account
- Accurate monthly volume forecasting
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations on key projects and performance to the wider business
Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships up to senior management level
- Commercially astute, with the ability to maximise new eCommerce strategies in a fast-paced retail environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong analytical capability, able to extract key insights from multiple data sources
- Solid understanding of financial management, particularly P&L structures
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of internet-based systems, EPOS, customer listing, and promotional systems
Education & Experience
- Educated to degree level
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an eCommerce Account Manager
- Strong understanding of the UK retail sector and trading environment
- Working knowledge of trade marketing and category management

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week. The role offers flexibility to be either fully remote or office‑based for two days per week. Candidates working fully remotely must be able to travel to the London office up to three times per month when required.
