Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our European PMO team and play a pivotal role in driving growth by leading high-impact projects from concept to launch. As a key member of our global team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of new product development, packaging changes and global expansion projects—ensuring delivery on time, in full and within budget. This is a fast-paced opportunity where you'll collaborate with cross-functional experts worldwide, proactively manage risks and see your work make a tangible impact on shelves across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects within the FMCG sector, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage project portfolios, including new product development, packaging changes and global expansion.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adapting to changing priorities.
- Lead effective meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within the FMCG sector.
- Project Management certification such as Prince2 preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, including Gantt charts and dependency management.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Proactive, dynamic, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
- Resilient under pressure, adaptable and assertive in driving results.
Location & Working Hours
Based at our site in Folkestone. Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
