This is a 6-month fixed-term contract for Maternity Cover. This role is based in our London Office and allows for home working up to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategic brand plans and deliver insight-led growth strategies.
  • Execute communication and promotional plans that drive consumer engagement.
  • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to exceed targets.
  • Manage budgets and ensure accurate allocation and control.
  • Collaborate on new product development and consumer testing.
  • Work with agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and ROI.
Education & Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
  • 4+ years' marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or beauty/personal care.
  • Proven track record in ATL, BTL, and digital/social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and financial data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

We're looking for someone who is strategic, creative, and commercially savvy. You'll have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, a passion for innovation, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.
