This is truly a unique role as we are the growth engine of the company, overachieving our targets and have very ambitious growth plans into the future. You will be responsible for the Personal Care and Household portfolio. You will work closely with the Sales team, UK and International marketing teams and the distributors to grow our brands in Europe & Africa region. You will have a thorough understanding of developing marketing plans, challenging media budgets and bringing best return on investment. This will include digital, above the line, PR and trade marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating annual brand plans
  • Working closely with distributors and agencies to have effective creative and media plans
  • Working with Sales teams and distributors to establish best channel strategies with best portfolio and activities
  • Implementing new product development initiatives for our region

We are looking for a candidate who is educated to a high standard and who has a track record in international marketing in the EMEA Region. You should have experience in Personal Care and in digital marketing. Project-management experience is also required. Experience in Trade Marketing is preferred.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for achievement and personal care marketing, is naturally inquisitive, and has strong influencing and leadership skills. You should be ambitious, keen to take on responsibility, and able to challenge the status quo. You should be tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial understanding, and an international mindset are essential.

This role works 37 hours per week Monday-Friday. This role involves international travel across the E&A region where you will meet with distributors, attend trade shows and work with agencies.
