We’re looking for a Quality Specialist Trainer to join our Business Quality team and play a key role in shaping our training strategy across Europe. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact while working with cross-functional teams. This role is based in Folkestone, Kent, on site between our Manufacturing Plant and our R&D Facility for 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage training programs across UK/EU, including tracking and reporting progress.
  • Assign and monitor training through SABA and eDMS systems.
  • Maintain training matrices and provide metrics to leadership.
  • Support internal and external audits (MDR, ISO 22716, ISO 13485).
  • Develop and update procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Analyse data, prepare summaries, and present recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet regulatory requirements and improve processes.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
  • 3+ years of technical experience with a proven track record.
  • Specialist knowledge in consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience contributing to functional execution with some direction.

A keen eye for details, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A proactive self-starter, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Your organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure success in this fast-paced environment. This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
