Position Overview: Church & Dwight UK Ltd. is looking for an Operator to join our Production team across all FMCG production lines at our Folkestone, Kent site.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high‑speed production lines run effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and rectify problems and faults quickly.
- Carry out quality and good manufacturing checks.
- Order and load components, perform line start‑up checks, change‑overs and wash‑downs.
- Control parameters using computer systems to run the line.
- Read and interpret alarms, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work a 12‑hour shift pattern: 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am on a 4‑on‑4‑off schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Good standard of verbal and written English.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and experience working with computers.
- Experience using SAP is an advantage.
- Right to work in the UK.
