We're looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to support GMP activities across our Folkestone Manufacturing Plant and Kingsmead Warehouse. You'll play a vital role in evaluating incoming components and packaging, ensuring finished products meet their specifications, and supporting quality processes for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.
What You’ll Do
- Support a strong Quality culture within QA Ops and Production.
- Inspect and evaluate components and packaging against approved specifications.
- Release approved materials in SAP and maintain reference samples and artwork files.
- Keep test methods and work instructions up to date.
- Conduct sampling of incoming goods and label rejected pallets collaboratively with Warehouse teams.
- Support Warehouse with quality issues during goods receipt.
- Maintain the line complaint system and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Provide Certificates of Analysis when required.
- Release finished product in line with GMP standards.
- Investigate and close non‑conformances using Agile.
- Maintain accurate TQM records and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Support GMP adherence through training, collaboration, and inspection.
- Assist with investigations into cosmetic and medical device complaints.
- Work cross‑functionally with Production, Planning, Marketing, and R&D.
- Report monthly RFT metrics and KPIs and support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the site’s 5S programme.

Education & Experience
- Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry (Pharma, Medical Devices, FMCG) desirable but not essential.
- Education in a science or engineering field.
- Knowledge of ISO 22716 and/or ISO 13485 beneficial.
