We're looking for an International Logistics Fulfilment Specialist to join our International Logistics team and take ownership of the full order‑to‑delivery process for our customers across the world. This role is based at our Warehouse & Logistics Facility on Park Farm Industrial Estate in Folkestone, Kent. The position is also eligible for hybrid working, with up to 3 days per week working from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the key contact for end‑to‑end order management for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process purchase orders in SAP in line with customer and company requirements.
- Proactively resolve service issues through clear, timely communication.
- Coordinate outbound loads and maintain an efficient shipment schedule.
- Facilitate product collections with customer‑appointed forwarders.
- Ensure accurate documentation for export, customs, and post‑Brexit compliance.
- Complete timely invoicing to meet financial reporting deadlines.
- Maintain trackers and reporting documents with up‑to‑date, accurate information.
- Process sample orders and manage approved stock returns.
- Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and 3PLs.
- Work with limited supervision while demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
- Support continuous improvement and promote best practice within the team.
- Experience in logistics or customer fulfilment is advantageous.
- SAP or ERP system knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of export documentation and compliance.
- Experience working with 3PLs in a shipment‑coordination environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) required; a relevant supply chain qualification would be beneficial.

You'll be a clear communicator who enjoys problem‑solving, building strong working relationships, and supporting customers across diverse regions. You'll be comfortable working with data and documentation, able to work independently or within a team pod, and always seeking smarter, better ways of working to support continuous improvement.
This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week. In return we offer a competitive package, including 24 days annual leave, a pension matched up to 9%, an annual Company performance-related bonus, life assurance cover and membership of a health cash plan.
