Responsibilities
- Join the Global Markets Group (GMG) Finance Team as Financial Reporting & System Manager and play a key role in standardising end-to-end finance processes across regions.
- This role will supervise 1 direct report, ensuring the accurate reporting of financials from the GMG entity.
- Standardise, improve, simplify and document processes across regions by working with cross-functional partners, including but not limited to: reporting and profitability (both in Oracle and PowerBi), expense management, global pricing, and GMG entity.
- Train teams on new processes/reporting and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
- Work with the rest of the CoE Team in developing/executing future processes for GMG business.
- Provide support on ad-hoc global GMG initiatives as needed.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing finance processes across international organisations.
- Experience in multinational/matrix organisations is advantageous.
- International and consumer experience preferred but not essential.
We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, influencing stakeholders, and driving process improvements across global teams. This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
