Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in consumer engagement? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want you on our team! Join us as a Consumer Engagement Intern and play a crucial role in connecting with our valued customers across the globe. As a Consumer Engagement Intern, you'll support the Global Consumer Engagement Team by handling consumer feedback, including claims, quality issues, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You'll work with products ranging from Cosmetics and Food Supplements to Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals, collaborating with both in-house and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage consumer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Efficiently handle claims and reimbursements.
- Analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support the development of consumer engagement strategies.
- Maintain business relationships with external contractors.
- Participate in project meetings across various departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive "can do" attitude, and a desire for continuous improvement. You should be a team player with an enquiring mind and be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
