As the Marketing Manager and global market lead for our strategic beauty brands, you will have full ownership of the brand's P&L and play a pivotal role in driving brand demand through innovative communications and brand strategies. Your expertise will also be essential in supporting our Innovation Lead to develop a consumer-centric NPD pipeline. This role is based in our London Office (short walk from St Pancs & Euston Stations) for up to 3 days per week, working remotely the remainder of the week. In this role, you will work closely with international teams, as the UK is the lead market for innovation and marketing communications. Your ability to interpret consumer insights and translate them into impactful strategies will be crucial in driving the brand's success. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team of 2 Brand Managers. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing creative strategic brand plans based on actionable consumer insights
  • Conducting market trend analysis to guide future brand agenda
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Associate Director to set strategic priorities and objectives
  • Creating annual brand plans and aligning key stakeholders for support
  • Monitoring brand and category performance to ensure targets are met
  • Managing the brand's P&L and optimizing profitability
  • Driving new product development based on market and consumer opportunities
  • Leading the development of powerful communications across all disciplines
  • Working closely with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Maximizing ROI by driving synergy across channels and timely communication to stakeholders
  • Providing market and brand data to support sales presentations
  • Managing consumer research and market testing of communications/activities
  • Analysing marketing activity and measuring success

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in developing brand strategies and annual plans
  • Extensive experience in creating and managing substantial A&P programs
  • Strong track record in leading new product development
  • Proven track record in creating campaigns and bringing creative visions to life
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills
  • High attention to detail but also able to look at the bigger picture
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
  • Previous experience in managing direct reports
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Additional European languages are desirable but not essential
  • A full UK driving license would be an advantage as travel will be required
