This position is responsible for analysing current finance-related processes in scope for GMG and redefining / creating processes that can be standardised across regions.This role will supervise 1 direct report, ensuring the accurate reporting of financials from GMG entity.This role is based at our UK Corporate Office in Folkestone, Kent, offering home working for up to 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:* Standardise, improve, simplify and document processes across regions (by working with cross-functional partners) including but not limited to: + Reporting, and profitability (both in Oracle and PowerBi) + Expense management + Global Pricing + GMG Entity* Trains teams on new processes/reporting- ensure documentation is kept up to date.* Work with the rest of the CoE Team in developing/executing future processes for GMG business.* Provide support on ad-hoc global GMG initiatives as needed.Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.* 7+ years of relevant experience.* Proven experience in designing and implementing finance processes across international organisations.* Experience in multinational/matrix organisations is advantageous.* International and consumer experience preferred but not essential.We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
