Church Drive wish to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher who has the drive, vision, energy and commitment to join our hardworking and passionate team. We welcome applications from those in their first few years of teaching for this post with a passion for learning and a desire to join our school community.

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner who values inclusion in all aspects of school life.
  • Demonstrates high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour, through school improvement.
  • Is creative and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes.
  • Has good organisational and interpersonal skills, including further qualifications in leadership and management.
  • Has flair, talent and initiative to find solutions.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to raising standards, keeping children safe and behaviour management.
  • Is able to work in close partnership with the whole Trust community and all stakeholders.
