Church Army is seeking a Head of Initial Training to provide strategic leadership for the programme and to shape the next generation of commissioned Evangelists and Pioneers. You will lead a committed training team and ensure that formation, teaching and equipping enable Evangelists and Pioneers to thrive in a rapidly changing church and mission context.

This role calls for someone passionate about developing people, adept at leading teams, and excited by theological education and digital.
