Customer Service
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to assigned rooms
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback
Order Taking & Serving
- Take food and beverage orders (in-room or at counter)
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Clear tables and rooms after use
Room Setup & Cleanliness
- Ensure rooms are clean and well-stocked before each use
- Replace microphone covers, sanitize surfaces, check equipment
- Report any maintenance issues
Billing & Payment
- Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.)
- Handle promotions or membership redemptions if applicable
Support Duties
- Refill stock (tissues, utensils, condiments)
- Assist with daily opening/closing tasks
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Safety & Conduct
- Ensure customer conduct is within house rules
- Alert management/security if guests are unruly or intoxicated
