We are seekingto appoint an experienced Head of Estates and Compliance to be part of theExecutive Leadership Team. The postholder will take specific responsibility forFacilities Management, Site Maintenance, Catering, Health and Safety andProject Management, working across all schools in the Trust. The successfulcandidate will be proactive, practical and an enthusiastic team player able to adaptto the changing needs of the Trust and keen to deliver excellent managementservices contributing to our continued success. The Trust is currentlyproviding a traded offer of Estates and Facilities Management to a neighbouringschool, and this is an element of our Trust work that we would like to developfurther.

Main responsibilities include:

  • To be part of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • To be responsible for the coordination of Healthand Safety and Risk Management in the school and management of any third-partyservice contracts in line with current legislation and HSE requirements.
  • To support the Executive Headteacher with thecoordination of the Trust’s Risk Register.
  • To undertake the role of Company Secretary,including Data Protection Officer
  • To provide all schools in the Trust with a strongestates and facilities service

We are pleased to offer this permanent, full-time role of 37 hours per week all year round. The role wouldbe perfect for someone who has experience in premises or project management andlooking to further develop their career in an educational setting.
