The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll take a hands-on role in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and smooth, efficient service. You'll lead by example, train and motivate the team, and maintain the high standards that define the CHUCS experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, organised, and creative chef to grow within a respected London restaurant group.
