Guest Service Excellence

Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.

Lead service in your section, ensuring flawless guest experience from seating to bill settlement.

Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Maintain exceptional knowledge of menu items, specials, wine list, and allergens.

Operational Duties

Oversee the flow of service during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with hosts, bartenders, runners, and chefs to guarantee consistent, timely service.

Ensure table setups, cleanliness, and overall presentation meet Chucs standards.

Manage daily opening and closing duties.
