Position: Chef De Partie

Report to: Head Chef

Main function of post: Food preparations & food service

Hours: Significant flexibility will be required to meet business needs (including weekends)

Main duties to include:

  • Daily cleaning of the section
  • Food preparation
  • Food service
  • Respect of the health and safety standards
  • Receiving goods
  • Tidying of the walk-in fridge
  • Tidying up of the dry store
