We are looking for talented Head Chefs and Sous Chefs for the group as we expand our Modern Italian/Mediterranean menu. You will need to be passionate about cooking, seasonality, and sourcing, as well as being able to drive and inspire a small team.
A good understanding of food and labour cost is essential; F&B experience is a bonus but training can be given.
