You will be a great man manager, hands-on and a good communicator. You must have a passion for great well-sourced ingredients and cooking with the seasons.
Attractive working hours, 5 days in 7, and a great opportunity to grow and develop with an expanding group. A competitive salary is available based on experience.
Experience managing and motivating a small team is essential, and you will be responsible for ordering, rotas, wage cost, GP and health and safety. Experience in FnB management and Fourth would be good, but training can be given.
