Consumer Insurance is one of the main business divisions within Chubb, managing a portfolio of Personal Accident, Mobile Phone, Travel and Hospital Cash policies. For our European operations, the central team in Glasgow provides operational support for technical interfaces across 19 countries in the region. We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our Business Support Team. This is a great opportunity to build experience in systems support, business operations and customer service systems within a global insurance environment.

You will support the Accident & Health Customer Service and Business Operations teams by helping to keep key systems, batch processes and reporting running smoothly. This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and completing batch feed loading at the right times to ensure new business and policy amendments are available within agreed SLAs for the UK, Ireland and relevant CE countries.
  • Running monthly reconciliations and billings for CE countries, including creating output data and managing file transfers and interfaces.
  • Providing MIS reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Supporting the testing of new releases and system upgrades across core systems.
  • Assisting with campaign, product and new document set-ups and checks for the in-house Customer Service System.
  • Ensuring daily tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with Accident & Health service standards, FCA Code of Practice and Sarbanes-Oxley audit controls.
