b Overview /b p In this leadership role you drive P C pricing strategy and portfolio insights for COG across regions. You will lead actuarial pricing and portfolio analytics to support planning, performance reviews, and senior stakeholder decisions. You work closely with the Chief Actuary and regional teams to ensure robust pricing, data quality, and timely delivery of actionable intelligence. This is a high-impact position that shapes pricing strategy and governance across multiple markets from London. You will champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to enable sustainable profitability. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own the actuarial portfolio reviews process and deliver findings for business reviews with home office and regional leads /li li Design and maintain an operating model for actuarial metrics to track performance and support planning /li li Drive data, methodology, and tool improvements for portfolio reviews /li li Communicate findings to senior stakeholders and link with Reserving and Ceded Re activities /li li Oversee timely completion of actuarial actions /li li Balance robustness with region-specific needs in the pricing/rating process /li li Lead collaboration with underwriting and IT on rating tools and data /li li Foster consistency of pricing across home office and regions /li li Analyze regional submission results for loss ratios, rates, and trends /li li Ensure planning results align with portfolio and reserve reviews /li li Prepare actuarial and management information reports for monitoring performance /li li Assist Chief Actuary with ad-hoc presentations for senior management and risk committees /li li Support reserve reviews and communication of regional findings to leadership /li li Lead or support actuarial data and project initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Fully qualified Actuary /li li Extensive experience in both reserving and pricing /li li Strong leadership and team-management capabilities /li li Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders /li li Experience in London and international markets /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder engagement /li li strategic thinking /li li actuarial portfolio reviews /li li pricing and rating frameworks /li li rating models /li /ul
