Client Service Executive â Global ServicesAt Chubb, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a motivated and detailâoriented Client Service Executive to join our Global Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multinational accounts, including Captive and Reinsurance programmes, while contributing to the seamless implementation of global insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of multinational accounts, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and brokers, acting as the primary contact.
Ensure global programmes are implemented in line with agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Global Client Executives, Underwriters, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Guide and support Assistant Client Service Executives in account handling activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Attend client and broker meetings, showcasing Chubb\âs global capabilities and supporting business development initiatives.
Prepare and maintain Program Workbooks and ensure accurate policy records on Chubb systems.
Collaborate with Credit Control, Operations, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues.
Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the Global Services Department\âs processes and efficiency.
Undertake incidental tasks as required to support the team and department objectives.
Qualifications
Education: A-Levels or equivalent (desirable); Chartered Insurance Institute â Insurance Certificate (desirable).
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is essential. Experience servicing multinational insurance programmes is advantageous but not essential.
Skills: Strong organizational and timeâmanagement skills; excellent communication and relationshipâbuilding abilities; proficiency in managing complex accounts and resolving issues effectively.
Additional Skills: A foreign language is advantageous but not required.
