The “AI Engineering” team at Chubb leads innovation efforts for all business groups across all geographies. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to oversee the progress of a set of global initiatives. He/She will be expected to prepare and present project plans and progress updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring deadlines are being met and the project is delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities Include:
- Govern projects from planning through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
- Coordinate resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of project management, business analysis and related experience.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as working independently when required.
