The People Partner is a key link between HR strategy and day-to-day business needs, engaging with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and people managers to provide tactical partnership and execution support on talent-related matters. The role provides an opportunity for professional development as an HR generalist and exposure to the breadth of responsibilities covered by HRBPs.
The People Partner role is a mix of proactive planning (e.g., data and reporting, position management) and responsiveness to situations as they arise (e.g., exit interviews, performance issues, support for employee relations).
Key Responsibilities- Prepare data-driven insights and reporting for distribution
- Coordinate and drive position management maintenance and reconciliation
- Analyze pulse survey results to detect anomalies and identify patterns in the data to formulate hypotheses
- Engage on complex employee relations issues (leave cases, return to work, medical accommodations)
- Coach managers and employees on company policies and performance issues
- Conduct live exit interviews to elicit comprehensive feedback from voluntary separations
- Gather and input data into succession planning profiles
- Proven experience in HR, talent management or generalist HR support role
- Excellent relationship management, and coaching skills to support and influence employees and managers
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data insights, AI, and technology for decision-making and reporting
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Effective change advocate, comfortable driving and supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement
