Chubb is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. We have eleven offices in the UK, one in Ireland. We serve high net worth individuals providing motor, home and valuables insurance, middle market and large corporate business providing property, casualty as well as accident and health insurance in addition to risk engineering and multinational servicing propositions.

Focused on UK and Ireland specifically, this role sits in a team comprising five marketers, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications. In this role you will translate integrated Marketing and Communications campaigns using relevant channels targeting segmented customer broker and internal audiences.

  • You will develop and monitor execution of marketing campaigns using metrics.
  • You will engage with product and segment owners as well as our teams in our offices across UK and Ireland.
  • You will also contribute to developing the overarching annual marketing plan for UK and Ireland based on the business priorities.
  • You will be a member of the wider EMEA Marketing and Communications team, of around 35 marketing and communication colleagues, that prides itself on being a truly collaborative best practice sharing team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the business areas you support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on customer and broker issues, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific segments with the aim of acquiring and retaining new business. This includes the production, implementation of campaigns whilst adhering to brand guidelines, legal and compliance guidance and managing to budget.
  • Track and measure campaigns. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns. And deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for all channels; email, website, social, events, promotional materials and insight pieces.
  • On occasion support the sales teams with major tender responses.
  • Adapt and implement global and regional marketing campaigns for the UK and Ireland markets in collaboration with the regional and/or global marketing teams.
  • Organisation of industry trade shows, sponsored events and Chubb flagship events.
  • Work with internal and external agencies to deliver the campaigns.
  • Support the development of the UKI marketing plan and budget.

You Have:

  • Extensive experience and a successful track record in developing and delivering integrated proposition campaigns grounded in market insights, defining goals and managing to budget.
  • Experience in tracking campaigns, analysing results, and using learnings to improve future campaigns.
  • Experience of acquiring and using data to target segmented audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A solid experience of all aspects of digital (email, web, content, social, SEO, advertising).
  • A good experience in content creation across all channels to promote our offers via compelling storytelling.
  • Experience of developing and managing events as an integral part of product and channel strategy.
  • A great sense of design and experience in working within brand guidelines.
  • A solid experience of project managing external agencies to deliver collateral on time, to budget and quality.
  • Experience in developing marketing and campaign plans.
  • A solid experience in using marketing technology e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, digital asset management platforms and Swoogo.

Education & Language:

  • Education: Degree level with a preference for a marketing related bias and/or equivalent Marketing qualification (preferred, but not essential).
  • Languages: Native English.
