Join Chubb, a global leader in insurance, as a Compliance Advice Manager supporting our high-performing and growing Consumer lines business. Chubb’s Consumer lines business comprises of an expanding portfolio of insurance products for UK consumers, including mobile phone, gadget, home, contents and travel insurance. Products are distributed through regulated and unregulated distribution partners including Appointed Representatives, with partners ranging from specialist brokers to some of the UK’s leading retailers.
The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Compliance Advice Manager to join our UK Compliance team. This is an important and influential role where you’ll partner with business leaders, shape compliance culture, and help Chubb stay ahead in a dynamic regulatory and business environment. This is your chance to influence compliance strategy at a global insurer, working to drive best-in-class compliance practices and support innovation.
Your Impact:
- Act as a trusted and expert advisor to Chubb’s Consumer lines business, providing clear, actionable guidance on regulatory requirements, Chubb policies, and product initiatives.
- Product governance – supporting the development, implementation and oversight of new products and distribution arrangements.
- Reviewing and advising on customer information including websites, policy documentation and financial promotions.
- Provision of advice and support on everyday compliance queries.
- Support the development and execution of the UK Compliance Plan.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance is integrated into business initiatives and objectives are achieved.
- Engage with regulators, representing Chubb’s interests and supporting regulatory submissions.
- Track and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring the business adapts quickly and effectively.
- Oversee and resolve compliance incidents, ensuring swift and effective outcomes.
- Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives to empower colleagues.
