This position is part of the AI Business Solutions group and will work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy team responsible for transforming the way Chubb operates globally. The focus is on leveraging digital capabilities to solve a wide variety of business problems and delivering meaningful impact across the value chain.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross‑functional teams to define product roadmaps and deliver digital solutions that transform core insurance processes.
- Lead the development of AI‑powered products and features, from concept through launch.
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI and digital initiatives, measuring impact using KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing transformation projects with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Sound understanding of technology, business and operations with hands‑on experience delivering projects across the various functions.
- Strong insurance domain knowledge with core functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal and operations.
- Understanding of insurance sales and distribution for consumer line of products; experience in telemarketing domain is desirable.
- Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred.
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
- Creative thinker with proven skills in conceptualizing new product features, defining product roadmaps, developing business cases and proposals for solutions built on digital technologies.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional global and local teams across multiple time zones as required.
- Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in an incredibly fast paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have an awareness of suitable KPIs associated with large scale projects.
- The ability to prioritise and manage workloads within tight timescales and budgetary constraints.
- An eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty Products, Accident and Health Products or Personal Lines Products useful.
- Spanish and English Fluent is essential.
