Are you ready to take your financial expertise to the next level? As an FP&A Expense Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work across both EMEA and wider Chubb International, collaborating with Divisional Finance Officers to drive strategic expense planning and forecasting. Leveraging your analytical and data interpretation skills you will provide insight on business expense performance, and risks and opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing workforce and expense forecasting and reporting tools, helping to implement cutting-edge tools and processes to manage costs across the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a key player in shaping the financial future by supporting the development of annual and 5-year strategic plans.
  • Dive deep into data to identify headcount and financial variances, providing insightful explanations to key business stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities within the expense base.
  • Make impactful improvements to budgeting and forecasting processes and models.
  • Own the month-end financial review and analysis.
  • Partner with the key stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support on expense-related matters.
  • Implement best practices for expense tracking and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to leverage technology for better expense management solutions.
