The predicted salary is between 46000 - 84000 £ per year.

In this role, the Business Solution Lead will partner with senior business/functional leaders and working groups to provide strategic leadership and identify pragmatic, innovative and digital solutions. You will leverage your process-driven, analytical and technical skills to create design new processes which remediate process inefficiencies and provide the foundation for automation. You need to be able to coach business leaders across the organization to drive and lead process augmentation and automation initiatives across the enterprise.

This role reports into the Head of Transformation & Digital Engagement, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a change management plan to manage growth initiatives and build roadmap between where we are today vs where we need to be.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that growth initiatives and transformation initiatives align with broader business goals, including regulatory requirements and external needs where appropriate.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the growth and transformation initiatives.
  • Deploy program standards for effective delivery meeting Time, Quality, Budget, LOB & Country requirements.
  • Encourage and develop a culture of investigation, importation and adoption or creation of appropriate new insights and better ways of working.
  • Participate as an active member of the Transformation Excellence team, in developing a set of best practice guidelines and training content.
  • Design, develop and implement new workflows, processes and technologies that improve efficiency and increase speed and accuracy of insurance decisions.
  • Work closely with the IT team and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement technology solutions that support transformation.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Partner with the product owners to define core product vision, goals, functionality and requirements.
  • Establish a shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution with the product owners.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, with the product owners feature backlogs and product documentation.
QualificationsRequired Skills
  • Strong capabilities in pro-active management of a program preferably within a global corporate footprint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of managing within a multi-country matrix environment.
  • Flexible, influential style.
  • Strategic thinker, proactive and solutions oriented.
  • Process orientated, an organiser with strong planning ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, machine learning, robotics, chatbots, bpm and other newer automation centric technologies.
Programme Governance
  • Establish / lead effective change governance to supervise initiatives from business case, resource, planning, and execution through to benefit realization.
  • Lead program/project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and other project financials.
  • Work with key business partners to build engagement, prioritise and deliver outcomes.
  • Track and report progress against plans and drive benefits realisation.
  • Manage, mitigate and raise issues, as well as dependencies and risks.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Successful experience in major automation/digital transformations, with a heavy focus on both top and bottom-line improvement.
  • Experience of working with and engaging others to help bring greater consistency of working.
  • Demonstrable digital/business process engineering/business analysis experience in consulting in financial services/Insurance.
  • Very proficient in the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English, knowledge of French, German, Dutch, Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
