This is an exciting opportunity to join Chubb’s Consumer UK team in a varied and commercially focused role. The Account Executive will sit at the centre of the Consumer UK business, working closely with Strategic Partnership Managers and the Head of New Business Development to support growth, strategic initiatives, and partner management. The role offers exposure across analytics, value proposition development, new deal implementation, and broker relationship management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a leading global insurer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of insights, analytics, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of value propositions for existing and prospective partners across key verticals.
- Support the implementation of new strategic deals and partnerships, coordinating activities from inception through to go-live.
- Assist in delivering key business initiatives by helping to manage workstreams, track progress, and maintain momentum.
- Support the Head of New Business Development in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across the consumer market, including proposition development and meeting preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure effective implementation of new programs.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a professional, client-facing, or project-based environment.
- Experience in professional client relationship management.
- Ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.
- Strong attention to detail with a persuasive and confident approach to project management.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with consumer insurance products such as travel, A&H, affinity, and personal lines.
- Cert CII or ACII is beneficial but not required.
- Candidates from outside the insurance sector are warmly encouraged to apply.
