We have a new role available in our Claims team for a Claims Digital Manager
As the Claims Digital Manager at Chubb, you will spearhead the development and implementation of digital claims solutions across the EMEA region. Your role will focus on driving digital adoption, enhancing automation, and ensuring seamless, straight-through processed claims. You will set the strategic direction for the EMEA Claims Digital team, collaborate closely with IT to align on claims requirements, and maintain oversight of digital benefits and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for digital claims initiatives in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with Chubb\’s digital teams to plan and deliver digital solutions.
- Understand Chubb\’s products and markets to inform digital strategies.
- Align with Continuous Improvement and PMO teams to drive change across EMEA claims.
- Develop strong business cases for decision-making and act as a liaison between Operations, Claims, and IT at a regional leadership level.
- Conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with Claims Operations senior management.
- Coordinate with COG and Global Claims on new project delivery, including budget, capabilities, and timelines.
- Communicate the Claims Regional/Global Roadmap and support adoption strategies.
- Engage with relevant stakeholder groups, including Local/Regional IT and Operations.
- Serve as the point of contact for EMEA digital initiatives involving claims, ensuring alignment with the Digital team, countries, COG Claims COO, and Regional Claims.
- Drive awareness of regional nuances in EMEA geographies or products.
- Actively participate in digital claims projects as a business representative, ensuring effective communication between project teams and countries.
- Recommend and implement communication, training, and measures within the Claims Department.
- Partner with key outsource providers to develop cost-effective automation solutions that enhance customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of leading change in claims journeys through online digital solutions.
- Sound understanding of Chubb IT systems and processes.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance products.
- Demonstrated leadership, creativity in process and IT, client focus, and awareness of regulatory issues.
