A Digital Practitioner (DP) models Chubb’s AI/digital-first approach, driving with Domain/Subdomain Lead (DL/SDL), Product Owner (PO), squad members and stakeholders from other chapters with a hands‑on approach. They accelerate the journey of AI transformation by enabling and embedding the AI/digital ways of working, using relevant methodologies and tools which can be consistently scaled across Divisions/Segments/Domains. They focus on business outcomes by constant evolution, learnings, refinement and adoption of good practices from AI/digital journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with transformation Leads/DLs to establish onboarding readiness for AI/digital first enterprise/Digital Assisted/Digital Native operating model.
  • Drive with DLs/POs and squads on their day‑to‑day progress towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles.
  • Define effective objectives based on the business value drivers, formulate domain mission, translate them into clear, specific squad key results and align them to product backlog and roadmaps with focus on enhancing ways of working.
  • Partner with other chapters to provide feedback and lead corrective actions to continuously refine and improve practices for AI/digital‑first ways of working.
  • Leverage working knowledge of insurance, AI/digital first enterprise and agility to lead the development of innovative and effective practices.
  • Identify and implement industry practices to improve our AI/digital first ways of working.
  • Create and execute need based trainings to enable AI/Digital first enterprise.
  • Lead improvements in the key aspects of AI/digital first operating model such as frameworks, processes, tools and practices.
  • Drive organizational change management activities by hosting sessions such as lean coffee, learning corners, etc.
  • Focus on outcomes in alignment with business value model (BVM) and OKRs.
  • Enable identification, conversation, and confirmation of prioritized epics, stories, and other required work products aligned to objectives which are right‑sized with clearly articulated requirements and success/acceptance.
  • Establish and effectively contribute to domain level events to deliver iteratively, with clear ownership for work that meets business outcomes.
  • Analyze right metrics and proactively take corrective actions to achieve key results.
  • Enable execution of a transparent operating model by proactively identifying, documenting and monitoring dependencies, risks and issues, and work with relevant stakeholders to timely mitigate or resolve.
  • Drive with POs and squad members to establish and increase fluency in key methodologies and right usage of tools – agile, Jira, Mural and others as needed.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities (process, practices, techniques etc.) in executing AI/digital first ways of working through forums such as retrospective and continuous feedback, etc.
