In this key role you’ll:

  • Build and grow strong relationships with customers and key partners to generate quality referrals and ongoing business.
  • Provide clear, compliant insurance advice that meets customer needs and supports long‑term wellbeing outcomes.
  • Drive business growth through consistent pipeline activity, proactive follow‑ups, and high standards of service.
  • Complete annual policy reviews to ensure cover remains fit‑for‑purpose and customers stay protected as life changes.
  • Maintain strong sales discipline, managing applications, documentation, and timeframes with accuracy and care.

To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • You’re someone who brings energy, confidence, and professionalism, and knows how to sell with integrity.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within banking or financial services.
  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with Life, Health and Disability strand completed (required).
  • A strong track record of proven sales performance and results.
  • A natural relationship builder — credible, confident, and able to influence.

Location: Full Time, Permanent
