About the Programme
The Chubb Apprenticeship Programme is a 24‑month opportunity designed to give you hands‑on experience across our Underwriting Operations function. This rotational structure provides a comprehensive understanding of the insurance cycle while equipping you with practical skills and industry knowledge. Support underwriting teams to deliver exceptional client service. You’ll take ownership of key operational tasks, including:
