We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Fire Alarm and Mechanical Hybrid Engineer to support our team in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems and mechanical building services. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in the fire safety and mechanical engineering industry. You will work alongside experienced engineers, receive hands-on training, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

Salary and Benefits

  • £29,120.00
  • 23 days plus 8 bank holidays
  • Company vehicle once probation passed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in a technical/engineering career.
  • Willingness to learn and take instruction.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (from school, college, or practical experience).
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards it, depending on region and role).
  • Willing and able to drive long distances, to work away from home staying in hotels when the occasion calls for it.
  • Self-motivated individual who is comfortable working alone, planning their own working schedule.
