Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across sales and operations functions.
  • Utilise platforms such as Metaview, Linked In Recruiter, CV databases, professional networks, social media, referrals and talent communities to source candidates.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, competitors and potential candidates.
  • Perform initial candidate outreach and engagement through personalised messaging and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Partner closely with TABPs and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, required skills and market trends.
  • Track sourcing metrics including pipeline health, outreach response rates and candidate conversations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates across sales, operations and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong research, organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
