Security Service Engineer – Chubb Fire & Security

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of security systems across commercial, domestic, and integrated premises.
- Performing maintenance and repairs while planning your own day; field based, visiting customer premises across the region.
- Providing technical advice to customers on security best practices and explaining our solutions.
- Responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and safety.
Requirements
- Technical/Industry Knowledge – competent with intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and other security systems.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills – assess risks and propose practical solutions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills – effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers, and work well in team settings.
- Adaptability – manage dynamic situations and changing regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
