Security Service Engineer – Chubb Fire & Security

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections of security systems across commercial, domestic, and integrated premises.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs while planning your own day; field based, visiting customer premises across the region.
  • Providing technical advice to customers on security best practices and explaining our solutions.
  • Responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

  • Technical/Industry Knowledge – competent with intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and other security systems.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills – assess risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills – effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers, and work well in team settings.
  • Adaptability – manage dynamic situations and changing regulations.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
