We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning and maintenance of integrated security solutions across the London region. The role requires strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and perimeter detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‐line remedial reactive service and routine maintenance for company and third‐party products.
- Assist with commissioning and installation support for project works.
- Repair, maintain and service systems following company procedures and technical specifications.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with all installation, maintenance and service visits.
- Standby on a call‐out rota as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Good basic education and a relevant qualification in electrical/electronic industry.
- Field service experience in security systems.
- Strong IT skills (computer literate).
- Customer service experience.
- IPAF, ECS, CSCS, safety passport or similar beneficial.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Technical knowledge in at least two of the following: CCTV, intruder, access control, perimeter systems, networking.
Training & Development
Training will be provided through internal and external formal courses, mentoring and technical assessments. Experience in the disciplines is desirable and beneficial.
