Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Lead to join our UKI Talent Team. You will be responsible for building employee skills, supporting career growth, and strengthening organisational capability. This role focuses on development for all and supporting to increase capability in identified talent groups.
You will be based remotely ideally within the Midlands area. There will be regular travel to our Staines & Blackburn offices as well as other UK & Ireland office locations.

What You’ll be Doing as Learning & Development Lead
- You will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes while partnering with leaders and the People team to create a culture of continuous development.
- You will have the freedom to be creative and review any current learning programmes and make them your own.
- Conduct a full review and training needs assessments to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, implement, and facilitate learning programmes (in person, virtual, and blended).
- Lead on the development of learning materials; guides, presentations, e-learning modules, job aids.
- Track and report training participation, effectiveness, and ROI using learning metrics.
- Administer and update the learning management system (LMS); ensure accurate training records.
- Partner with the People team to align learning strategies with organisational goals.
- Stay current on learning trends, tools, and best practices.
What We Would Like You To Bring
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Qualification in L&D, HR, Organisational Development or similar (e.g. CIPD) desirable.
- Experience of delivering development programmes and modules in person and virtually to leadership and management populations.
- Track record of designing and implementing learning & development interventions across all populations.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business and with external suppliers.
- Ability to analyse data and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools, such as Articulate 360.
- Experience designing digital or blended learning programmes.
SALARY: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
