We are looking to add an Estimator to our team here at Frontline in Chalfont St Peter. A hybrid opportunity, this would suit an Estimator looking to progress in our industry or equally an Engineer or Designer with CCTV, Access Control and Intruder experience, who wants to move their career in a new direction.

Responsibilities:
Our Estimating team is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to play a key role in winning new work. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of preparing tender proposals, turning survey information and bid requirements into accurate, well-presented costings that help secure projects for the business. You’ll work to clear deadlines, making sure every tender is on time, on budget, and fully aligned with what the client needs. You’ll be in constant contact with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and clients, building relationships and gathering the information you need to price each project confidently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with facts and figures, and seeing their input directly influence the success of the company.
Essential Experience:
- Proficient in Excel with good to intermediate skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office packages
- Strong organizational skills
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple overlapping quick deadlines
